Orders ship on business days within 48hours from Kelowna, BC, Canada. We offer tracked, expedited shipping across Canada.
Canada Post quotes up to 7 business days delivery once items have been shipped.
We offer Free local pick up from our studio in Kelowna BC
Local pickup available by request. You will be contacted to schedule a pick up. Drop in is not available.

We offer tracked shipping to the USA.
Shipping takes 3-14 business days within the United States

What Payments Do You Accept?
- We accept payment through Paypal, which accepts Debit, Visa, MasterCard, GooglePay, ApplePay and AMEX, Sezzle and E-Transfer
How can I cancel my order?
- Should you need to cancel an order, we are happy to do that for you, so long as your order hasn't been shipped. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be cancelled. Products are packaged within 12 hours of receiving the order.

- We ship all over the world.
How long will my order take?
- Order will be fulfilled within within 2 business days of payment. Once handed over to delivery service it is out of our control. All orders are shipped tracked so you can receive the delivery services updates.
How Can I Track My Order?
- You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment processing. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters. If it is not there please contact us.
Are there import fees?
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or customs fees incurred by an international purchase. These fees will be issued by the shipping company or customs department and are outside of Lash Fox Pro’s control.
